I recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It's walking distance from Botanical garden and the local market where you can go in your free time , also we found Tibet market there as well. The facilities were also great in the room. The view of the mountains was awesome from our room. We requested an additional room after reaching the hotel and they provided us a large room at the same price. The staff was very professional. Also they have a travel desk at their reception, through which you can book your entire Ooty and nearby places trips. We booked for all the 3 days and also for our return to coimbatore airport . Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean.

Good, friendly approacment of Manager Mr.Siva is most appreciated...All subordinate staff are helpfull to their manager. We. 12 members all retired govt staff from Chennai stayed in your inn with more satisfaction....
